LEARNING TO LAUGH

A research was conducted in all countries of the world a renowned Non-governmental organization, to determine the happiness level or otherwise of the people of all the nations of the world. At the time the result was released, Nigeria was adjudged the happiest nation in the world. The result suggested that our smiling/happier disposition might be responsible for the long life expectancy ratio in Nigeria.

It is true that our happy spirit dictates what goes on around us. People who don`t laugh are usually weighed down by thoughts, worries and cares. They stress their facial muscles and increase tensions, thus they look horrible, ugly and older than their real ages. They think that life is a "serious business" and as such, they hardly find any reason to smile, let alone laugh. They forget that laughter is therapeutic. Even the Bible declare that "A merry heart does good like medicine: but a broken spirit(heart) dries the bone"-Proverbs 17:22.
Do not allow any life challenges, circumstances to steal away your happiness. When tough times come, that`s the time to laugh. If you've been facing trying times, I`ll like to recommend what I will call "laughing sessions" Even if you are not facing ant challenges, you can as well add this to your daily activities and see what difference this would do to your life.
As a single you need to learn how to laugh. This would attract people to you. It would also make you to look friendly and social. Learning to laugh helps you in many ways:
·         It makes you look friendly
·         It helps your facial looks making you look younger
·         It attracts people to you
·         It helps you forget your sorrows and a whole lot more
Why not try learning how to laugh today. This could be helpful:
Look for a place where you can be alone, pull a chair, sit down and call a friend and share your embarrassing moments with him or her. This would help you cultivate a laughing habit. You can also try watching amusing films, listen to funny radio presenters. Be playful with yourself and others around you. You can also call a friend to tickle you.
Practice laughing for 5-10mins daily. Laugh without a reason you. You can start with a smile, it puts you closer to laughing. Do this for 3 weeks and you`ll see the difference it would make in your life.

Have fun laughing.... Hahahahaha... *laughing*
